Dr. Morrow - Still Creepy After All These Years

Morrow, creator of the heroic Red Tornado, has a long and storied history as a mad scientist of the highest caliber, as any DC Comics fan will attest. You’d think that after all his evil creepy science stuff, nothing would surprise me anymore. You’d be wrong.
Somehow, knowing that Morrow created Reddy’s sister – the Red Torpedo – with her electronic “brain” in her boobies adds an extra layer of “ew” to the mad scientist. You can find out more about the Torpedo, and Reddy’s other “siblings”, in Red Tornado #2.
