Who destroyed Atlantis? In the start of a new storyline, we follow the hunter as he stalks and kills his prey, claiming their weapons and armor as trophies.

A golden shield, a golden helm . . . and the final prize is the most powerful of all: a golden trident. The only problem is, he's going to have to go through Aquaman to get it.

Who is he? What is the secret of Aquaman's trident? And how does this all tie into the destruction of Atlantis?

Poor Aquaman. He tries, and that's what counts. I mean it would count more if he succeeded, but still.

Well, here's a depressing take on the upcoming DC reboot. Especially in light of recent speculation that they may be retconning the Golden Age of heroes out of existence, artist Bryan Lee's We Were Heroes is both funny and a little bit heartbreaking.

An ancient Aquaman, Superman, Batman and the Flash feeding the pigeons in the park and swapping war stories no doubt. "Remember that time I shot Darkseid in the face? Yeah, things got kinda weird for me after that... good times, good times."

As new as I am to learning about superheroes, everything that is well known to everyone else - like the fact that Aquaman is regarded as kind of lame - is new and hilarious.

It's not new to me, but it's still hilarious when done right.
