Ouch. They left out "all-star cast" and "excellent source material" in the green column, but on the other hand that just makes all the stuff listed in the pink column all the more damning, so... yeah. Now, is someone going to do one of these for Green Lantern?

With Cowboys & Aliens set to premiere tomorrow, digital comics publisher Graphicly has released an enhanced digital version of the Platinum Studios graphic novel on which the film is based.

Cowboys & Aliens features writing from Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, Fred Van Lente and Andrew Foley with art by Dennis Calero and Luciano Lima. Graphicly's enhanced diigital version of the complete graphic novel is available for $9.99. It can be viewed online, or using any of Graphicly's free apps, which run on iPhone/iPad, Android, Mac, PC and Linux.

The excellent Platinum Studios comic Cowboys & Aliens is headed for the big screen in an adaptation that looks to be truly awesome, and a cast that all but guarantees box office gold. Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell - this movie has the goods. Plus - you know, cowboys, aliens, all-out action, etc.

With the arrival of Thor in US theaters, Summer movie season has officially begun. This is comics and sci-fi film's biggest year yet, with multiple franchises from each of the big two comics publishers expected to dominate the box office, not to mention the grand finale of the Harry Potter series and new entries from Transformers and Pirates of the Caribbean.

I hope your local theater has good air-conditioning, 'cause we're going to be spending a lot of time at the movies.
