Following yesterday's reveal of the Batman of Earth 2, here is Kevin Maguire's design for the new Robin of the parallel Earth. And as to my question as to whether Batman's daughter was The Huntress - looks like that's a "yes." Meet Helena Wayne, Girl Wonder.

Lemire To Write 'The Robins' For DC

Sadly, there's no mention of Stephanie, but Dick, Damian, Jason and Tim are set to star in The Robins, spotlighting the Bat-sidekicks. Jeff Lemire is on tap to write the title, though no artist has been named yet. I like the sound of more Robin in the New DCU, and Lemire is that rare breed of writer who is equal to or greater than the hype surrounding his work, so I'm excited to see what comes of this title.

Batman and Robin #5 Preview

Hooboy. Parenting, am I right? Damian runs away in Batman and Robin #5, in stores January 11.

There's a devil on Robin's shoulder - and his name is Nobody! Batman and Robin's relationship gets pushed to the breaking point as Nobody insinuates himself into Damian's life and tries to make him see that Bruce's plan to battle crime is hopeless - and only by teaming up and tapping into Damian's killer instinct can they ever hope to rid Gotham City of its evil roots.

'Batman: Arkham City' Robin DLC

I pre-ordered the Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition from Best Buy for the sole purpose of getting first crack at the Robin DLC, and it does not disappoint. Not only is Tim Drake a playable character in the Arkham City solo campaign, he comes with his own challenges and variant skins. Take a look at Robin in action, bringing the hurt with his bo staff in this clip from IGN.

Batman Creeps Robin on Facebook

Nothing worse than when your parents start harassing you on Facebook, amirite? This is the sort of thing that will make a young ward get a new outfit and identity, move out of Gotham and switch to Google Plus.

Fortunately, Bruce would never hold a grudge and get back at Dick years later by - oh I don't know - passing him over and instead appointing an unbalanced zealot as substitute Batman??

Batman and Robin #1 Preview

Batman's back, and fighting with his evil son Damian! Sorry, I mean fighting evil, WITH his son Damain! Damian is a little badass, and DC knew better than to relaunch an entire universe and not include him. He would climb right out of the comic pages and just go to town on them with a lead pipe in a way that only a ten-year-old with Al Ghul and Wayne genes could. Seriously, this kid scares me more than Darkseid and I love him for it.
