Nightwing DLC Shines in New 'Batman: Arkham City' Trailer

Dick Grayson is coming to Batman: Arkham City. I've been loving the game, playing as both Batman and a surprisingly badass Tim Drake Robin. The Bat-family continues to grow with the Nightwing DLC pack, coming to XBox Live and the PlayStation Network on November 1. Not only will you be able to play through the solo campaign as Nightwing, but the pack comes with exclusive challenges and a super-sweet Batman: The Animated Series skin.

Check out the trailer below, and let me know what you think!

'Batman: Arkham City' Robin DLC

I pre-ordered the Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition from Best Buy for the sole purpose of getting first crack at the Robin DLC, and it does not disappoint. Not only is Tim Drake a playable character in the Arkham City solo campaign, he comes with his own challenges and variant skins. Take a look at Robin in action, bringing the hurt with his bo staff in this clip from IGN.

Mark Hamill Bids The Joker Adieu

This isn't the first time Mark Hamill has sworn off plain the Clown Prince of Crime in fact, many of the cast members from Batman: The Animated Series have, at one time or another, have said that they were stepping back form their roles, only to be brought back into the fold for the opportunity to be involved with cool projects like Batman: Arkham City. But Hamill says that what he really wants to do - sigh - is direct.

Like I said, don't count Mark out just yet. He had hinted that Batman: Arkham Asylum was going to be his last go-round, only to return for Arkham City once he saw how cool it was.

Regardless of what he does next, I wish Mark the best, he is a super talent and a very classy guy with an absurd amount of talent. Whatever he does next, he'll be awesome. But lest we forget, he does make one damn good Joker. He makes it look so easy in this clip from NYCC.

I'm loving this game on my 360 and I can't wait to dish out justice, Gotham-style on the PC, and I won't have to for very long; Warner Bros. announced today that Batman: Arkham City is coming to PC on Friday, November 18. OK, so it's a month. But look at how freaking amazing it's going to look! Check out some awesome screenshots of Arkham City on PC, described by Rocksteady as "a more richly realised world" than the console version, below.

Catwoman Variant Skins Spotted in 'Batman: Arkham City' Review

The universally-loved Batman: Arkham City receives high praise in this video review from Giant Bomb. Although the playable Catwoman mode is singled out as being one of the game's least fun points by the reviewer, it's still exciting to see that she has variant skins because honestly, this game is just silly with them and I think that's awesome.

Check out Giant Bomb's complete review of Batman: Arkham City below.

'Batman: Arkham City' Sinestro Corps Skin

Another variant skin has been added to to Batman's already extensive wardrobe for the upcoming game Batman: Arkham City. Throwing continuity to the wind in the name of awesomeness, it's Sinestro Corps Batman!

Neither Green Lantern nor the Sinestro Corps are set to be featured in Arkham City, but that's no reason not to include this very cool skin, and Batman's ability to instill great fear can only be an asset in a game that pits him against an entire city gone mad, and new villains like Dr. Hugo Strange, The Penguin and Solomon Grundy;

The Sinestro Corps skin was spotted Play3-Live, which notes that as of now its a PS3 exclusive. Unlike most other skins that have been revealed to date, it's not currently being offered as a pre-order incentive, so presumably it will be made available as downloadable content.

Batman: Arkham City is due in stores for XBox 360 and PS3 on October 18, with a PC release set for November.
