Well, at least the Joker took the time to write a card. It's the thought that counts, and nobody should be alone on Valentine's Day.

Batman fans are already mourning the departure of Mark Hamill, who has stated that he doesn't intend to return as the voice of The Joker. However, when a fan suggested on Twitter that the actor return for an animated adaptation of Alan Moore's classic story Batman: The Killing Joke, Hamill replied that he would "come back for THAT!" So let's start the campaign, guys and gals! The Killing Joke is even canon in the new DCU, so there should be nothing stopping DC from doing a Killing Joke animated feature, which would surely be a big hit with everyone except the notoriously difficult to please Moore.

This isn't the first time Mark Hamill has sworn off plain the Clown Prince of Crime in fact, many of the cast members from Batman: The Animated Series have, at one time or another, have said that they were stepping back form their roles, only to be brought back into the fold for the opportunity to be involved with cool projects like Batman: Arkham City. But Hamill says that what he really wants to do - sigh - is direct.

Like I said, don't count Mark out just yet. He had hinted that Batman: Arkham Asylum was going to be his last go-round, only to return for Arkham City once he saw how cool it was.

Regardless of what he does next, I wish Mark the best, he is a super talent and a very classy guy with an absurd amount of talent. Whatever he does next, he'll be awesome. But lest we forget, he does make one damn good Joker. He makes it look so easy in this clip from NYCC.

The mask-makers at Slabworx say that they were going for a Batman: Arkham Asylum look when crafting this Joker mask from high-grade silicon. I think it looks a bit more like a recurring nightmare that I'll be having for the next few months, but I can see the resemblance to the Rockstar Games version of the killer clown.

Wow. Mistah J. is one lucky... clown. No wonder he's always grinning.
