These new screencaps from the upcoming Batman: Arkham City are, sadly, pretty small. Which is a shame, because they look spectacular. Even with the itty-bitty size, you can notice cool details like the eyes on new baddies Riddler and Penguin; they look like a whole new level of crazy, which is appropriate for a game based on the premise of a citywide insane asylum.
