Well, this looks like it's shaping up nicely. Disney XD released this promotional image of their forthcoming Ultimate Spider-Man animated series, from the supergroup of Paul Dini, Brian Michael Bendis, Joe Kelly, Steve Seagle, Joe Casey and Duncan Rouleau.

He'll be here in 2012 - even if we won't dun dun DUN...!

No, but I'm ridiculously excited for this. I mean, you had me at "Ultimate Spider-Man" and "Dini."
