New Amazing Spider-Man 'Ends of the Earth' Teaser Images

Following on the recently revealed Gabriele Dell'Otto Doctor Octopus cover for Amazing Spider-Man #682, Marvel has released two new promotional images for the upcoming 'Ends of the Earth' event. Below, Dell'Otto continues his masterful portrayals of the Sinister Six, with new pics featuring Electro and Mysterio.

New Amazing Spider-Man 'Ends of the Earth' Cover Art

The always-excellent Gabriele Dell'Otto illustrated this variant cover for Amazing Spider-Man #682, part one of the upcoming 'Ends of the Earth' event. The Sinister Six are back to make Spidey's life a living hell once again, but with Dell'Otto on board at least it will look good. The regular cover and the interior art will be provided by Sefano Caselli, and the story arc will be written by Spider-Man stalwart Dan Slott.

Part one of "Ends of the earth," the next big Spider-Man event! The Doc Ock story you've waited 50 years for! Doctor Otto Octavius holds the entire earth hostage with his dying breath. What price will Spider-Man have to pay to buy the whole world one more day? Special appearance by the Avengers!

First Clip from 'The Amazing Spider-Man'

In the wake of the premiere of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Sony is emerging with a clip from The Amazing Spider-Man, which looks much, much better. Although there's no high flying, web-slingy fun here, just a doorman having fun with post-9/11 security powers and Peter Parker totally not getting it. Will he make it to dinner with Gwendy? Stay tuned!

'Amazing Spider-Man' Belgian Trailer

At first glance it looks like a carbon copy of the excellent recent trailer we've seen in the U.S. for The Amazing Spider-Man, but this Belgian import includes some new footage. In particular, we see some of the conflict between Peter and Captain Stacy, over the preposterous notion that Spider-Man and the NYPD have anything in common. I mean, the very idea that uniformed policemen could run around, spraying people with some wacky substance willy nilly! In this day and age! That's just… yeah. Anyway, the trailer, and the film, continue to look pretty awesome.

New 'Amazing Spider-Man' Promo Pic

Sony has released this new promotional image for The Amazing Spider-Man. Other than a close-up of the costume, there's not a lot to see here, though the way Spidey's hands and feet fade into the background is interesting. Wonder if we're seeing a chameleon effect like that exhibited by Miles Morales, or if that's just fun with Photoshop. Thoughts?

'Amazing Spider-Man' Trailer Contains Website Easter Egg

The new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man was released yesterday, and the eagle-eyed viewers at Collider noticed a hidden message toward the end of the clip:

"Mark of the Spider-Man"

Sure enough, there's a viral website up at markofthespider-man.com, featuring a series of static screens, and a red Spidey logo.

Expect the site to be updated soon. Any guesses as to what this is all about, and how it ties into the plot of The Amazing Spider-Man? Speculation welcome in the comments!
