Torchwood: Web of Lies is a motion comic with gameplay elements that ties into Torchwood: Miracle Day. Written by Jane Espenson and starring Eliza Dushku as the voice of new character Holly Mokri, Web of Lies incorporates puzzle game elements, requiring you to solve tasks such as cracking passwords in order to progress through the story.

Web of Lies will release a new installment every week, expanding on the plot of Miracle Day while telling a story of its own: specifically a "missing day," mysteriously forgotten by Torchwood's Captain Jack Harkness and Gwen Cooper.

Torchwood: Web of Lies is available now from iTunes and the iPhone/iPad app store, and it includes the first comic/game installment as part of the free download. Subsequent installments will be available in packs of three for $0.99, or you can purchase all 10 episodes for $2.99.

I was already super-pysched for Torchwood: Miracle Day, and loving the March of the Soulless as it works its way through midtown Manhattan, but seeing  these undying holding up signs saying "Save Us" in front of the building in which I used to work just made my year.

The soulless have entered Grand Central Station, NYC! Good luck getting your Cinnabon...

The March of the Soulless has begun outside of New York's great transportation hub, Grand Central Station. They're going to be making their way around NYC for the next few hours, to promote the premiere of Torchwood: Miracle Day, debuting on STARZ tomorrow (July 8). And if for some crazy reason you don't have STARZ yet, the premiere episode will be streaming online at 12:01 am.

But in the meantime - who will save us??

Torchwood: Miracle Day is set to premiere in the U.S. on July 8 on STARZ, and you'd better believe there is major Miracle Day-related news coming to Comics Cavern between now and then.

Of course, Torchwood will also be airing in the U.K., beginning July 14 on the BBC. Check out the first trailer below.
