Of course 30+ years later, as John Lydon sells butter on TV and X-Men brat Quentin Quire references stage banter from the band's final performance in the comics, this would no longer qualify as edgy. But had something like this aired during the band's too-brief heyday in the '70s, it would have been pretty amazing, and delightfully subversive.
