“We have too many cellphones. We’ve got too many internets,” the Farenheit 451 author declares, “We’ve got to get rid of those machines. We have too many machines.”Ray Bradbury, in an interview with the LA Times, joins Prince in the ranks of idols-turned-crotchety-old-men. At least Bradbury has the excuse of being like, 80.
And apparently "the Internets" has replaced "the pot" as the catchphrase for grumpy old people to use when decrying "kids today".
Oh, and FYI, he gets super-crazy, too. Observe his advice for President Obama:
“He should be announcing that we should go back to the moon. We should never have left there. We should go to the moon and prepare a base to fire a rocket off to Mars and then go to Mars and colonize Mars. When we do that, we will live forever.”
Live forever on Mars.
I'm sorry but this sci-fi legend is showing hardcore signs of dementia. Or is doing some great drugs!

Well of course I'm not going to get rid of my internet. But I do happen to agree with building a moon base and going to Mars, and beyond.
